Volunteering Jobs Ahead- Please plan your schedules accordingly or be ready to ask another adult family member/neighbor/friend for their time as we need many volunteers on each of the below days. There are still 7 EBAL shifts to be covered out of 22 with 89 swimmers committed to the meet. BIG NEED-- Head Timers*, and Timers. Need to see JV parents step up on Saturday, as there are VAR parents signed up for both Friday and Saturday, and there are less of them. You will receive a meet entry ticket for the day you volunteer at EBAL, if you sign up by May 1. Please sign up NOW, so our team isn’t the reason for a delay/pause in the meet.

• May 1- Food donations for Carbo Load -Sign Up HERE 
• May 2-3 EBAL (VAR Trials on Friday during the school day, JV Timed Finals & VAR Finals on Saturday) Job Sign Up HERE + snack donations for the Hospitality Table- Sign Up HERE

*4 Head Timer Shifts Need to be Covered- All you're doing is starting the backup stopwatches and replacing the timers' watches that didn't start in time. So easy.
